Slicing Down Problems: Why We Slice Bread and What It Can Teach Us About Solving Big Problems

I think the reason we slice bread is so we don’t eat the whole damn loaf at once, which most of us can. How many of us have polished off a French baguette and thought “I could eat another…and where’s the butter?” But none of us would wanna eat a whole loaf of sliced because we see the scope of it. Maybe there’s an analogy for solving big problems here. Try not to eat the whole damn “problem loaf” at once. Maybe if we slice the problem down to smaller sizes, we can start solving them and build up our appetite to solving bigger problems.
