Stevia and monk fruit are the best health thing going. I ordered like 400 packages and can’t tell between sugar and this replacement. No sugar highs and crashes and it helps with weight loss. $17.50 may sound like a lot for sugar, but it goes a long way. I make Cocao once or twice a day to help restore stem cells, and I have lemonade in the morning. And it’s great to have these drinks with no addition to my calories. I will also try miracle berries to quell my sweet tooth.

Update March 22, 2023: WARNING, Many Stevia and Monk fruit Sweeteners contain Erythritol which scientists now claim makes the blood “sticky” and increases risk of heart attack and stroke. Don’t quote me on that, but after figuring out that it is an ingredient in stevia and monk fruit sweetener and after determining even Fiber One bars contains erythritol, I tossed it all out. Back to sugar, in very limited quantitites.
