I’ve been on a mission to shed some pounds since May 20th, 2024, and I’m pleased to report I’m down 8.6 pounds. Not bad, considering I still enjoy a good chip or two. My belt’s gone from “extra large” to “almost too loose,” which is a nice problem to have. I guess it’s time to downgrade my belt, is it?I’ve been using AI to help me stay logical and focused. When my cat goes MIA, I don’t freak out – I use Bayesian logic to figure out the odds of a safe return. It’s all about making informed decisions and managing anxiety.I’ve also been checking out pro athletes with similar stats to mine. Yeah, they’re mostly muscle, but it’s good to know what’s possible with some dedication and hard work. I’m not looking to become a pro, just not fall into the trap of believing “I’m awful”…no, I’m not. There...
